Why we collect your data
We use the information you provide through our contact form solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss how we can help your business. We do not use your data for marketing or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Lawful basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest. When you fill in our contact form, you are asking us to get in touch with you. Processing your data to respond to that request is in both our interests.
Who has access to your data
Your data is accessible to:
- Bentley Admin - to respond to your enquiry
- Netlify, Inc. - our website hosting provider processes and stores form submissions on our behalf. Netlify acts as a data processor. Their privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone else.
How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months from the date of your enquiry. If your enquiry leads to a working relationship, we retain relevant records for the duration of that relationship and for up to 6 years afterwards as required for tax and regulatory purposes.
